Original Mass Gainer Protein provides protein made up from Whey Protein (Growth Factors IgF-1, IgF-2, TGF-beta1, TGF-beta2, EGFG; Immunoglobulins IgG, IgM, IgA; Lactoferrin, Lactoperoxidase, Lysozyme, Glycomacropeptides). Original Mass Gainer Protein is high in Branched Chain Amino Acids (Isoleucine, Leucine, Valine) needed to maintain muscle mass and to replace those lost during intense exercise.

How to use

Add 65g (approx 4½ scoops) to 350mL water (or whole milk) and shake or blend until mixed. Can be used up to 3 times daily.
