Dosage

Adult: Take one tablet daily (or if under high stress take one tablet twice daily) or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Cautions

• Children, pregnant or breast feeding women and those who have recently had a heart attack, surgery or major accident should not consume this product without medical advice.
• Derived from seafood. Not suitable for people with a seafood allergy.
• When taken in excess of 8000 IU vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
