Kelp or seaweed is a naturally rich source of minerals particularly iodine. Each Nature’s Sunshine Kelp capsule provides not more than 270mcg of iodine per capsule. Iodine is a nutritional requirement for healthy thyroid gland function and the production of thyroid hormones which are involved in regulating the body’s metabolic processes.

Therapeutic Use

Kelp is a traditional and natural source of iodine. Assists in the maintenance of general well-being.

Active Ingredients

Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 400mg of Fucus vesiculosus (Bladderwrack) whole plant powder.

Dosage

For Adults: take one capsule with a meal daily.
