This formula contains ingredients that:

How it works

Weight-loss diets are often low in nutrients that support your metabolism, like folic acid, magnesium, iron, vitamin D, zinc and some B vitamins; many of these nutrients are also involved in energy production. Supplementing with these nutrients can help metabolism and support energy production.

Metabolic rate is governed mainly by the brain and the thyroid gland. Forskolin, the active constitute of the herb Coleus, may support normal thyroid function and metabolism. Capsicum has been found to stimulate the breakdown of fats and increase metabolic rate when added to food.

Maintaining energy levels during weight loss also requires adequate iron levels. Low iron levels can decrease your capacity for exercise and may reduce metabolic rate by lowering thyroid function. Supplementing with iron while on a diet may support normal thyroid function and the body's metabolism.

Weight-loss diets are commonly low in calcium, which supports cellular fat breakdown. Low levels of calcium can slow down the breakdown of fats and may decrease calorie burning.

Dosage

Adults - Take 1 tablet with each meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Children under 12 years - Only as professionally prescribed.

Cautions

• Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breast-feeding
• Always use the label, use only as directed
• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet
• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150µ for adults of selenium form dietary supplements should not exceed.

Medicine Interactions

Calcium, magnesium, and zinc may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications. If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs) or thyroid hormone, separate does by at least two hours.
