Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

333mg - Evening primrose oil

   equiv. = 33.3mg - gamma-linolenic acid

333mg - Linseed oil (Flaxseed)

   equiv. = 40mg - Oleic acid

   equiv. = 40mg - Linoleic acid

   equiv. = 165mg - Linolenic acid

333mg - Fish oil (Natural oil)
   equiv. = 100mg - Omega-3 marine triglycerides

   equiv. = 60mg - eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)

   equiv. = 40mg - docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)

Dose

Adults – Take 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Children 6 - 12 years – Take 1-2 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Prick the capsule and squeeze the oil into milk or juice.

Children 3 – 6 years – Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Prick the capsule and squeeze the oil into milk or juice.

Indications

Herbs of Gold Ultra Omega 3-6-9 combines Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids from a combination of Flaxseed, Evening primrose and Fish oils. 

Herbs of Gold Ultra Omega 3-6-9 may:

• Assist in the relief of minor skin conditions and irritations
• Be used in the management of dry skin
• Help encourage healthy, shiny hair and strengthen split, brittle nails
• Aid in the temporary relief of the pain of osteoarthritis
• Help to reduce joint inflammation and swelling associated with arthritis, whilst helping increase joint mobility
• Assist peripheral blood circulation to the hands, feet and legs to relieve cold hands and feet
• Offer relief to the symptoms of eczema
• Provide relief of menopausal symptoms, such as hot flushes
• Assist in the improvement of general well-being
