Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

1.5g - Glucosamine hydrochloride

200mg - Chondroitin sulphate- bovine sodium

50mg - Zingiber officinale (Ginger) root powder

Dose

Adults - Take 1 tablet, once daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Children under 12 years - Only as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
