Chinese herbs including Peony, Rehmannia, Dong Quai and Cyperus together with Black Cohosh help normalise functional rhythms to assist in the management of irregular menstruation, heavy bleeding, painful periods (dysmenorrhoea) and pelvic congestion.

Qi (pronounced "chee") is the Chinese medicine term for vital energy, which invigorates and animates the body's organs and functions. Dosage Recommendations

• Take 1 - 2 tablets once daily
• Extra doses may be taken if required
• Suitable for teenage girls
• When using the contraceptive pill take Women?s Balance at a different time in the day
• May be taken with Fusion Health Vitex to enhance the therapeutic effects of Women?s Balance
• Do not take supplement with Vitex when using the contraceptive pill
• For additional support in managing heavy periods use Fusion Health Tienchi Ginseng 1 - 2 tablets two or three tablets daily while menstruating
• Contains No artificial colours, flavours, yeast, wheat, gluten, dairy, or animal products
• Not to be taken during pregnancy
